Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern your use of the TapValet cloud platform when you create or operate a tenant account.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a TapValet operator account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Nexus Intellect, LLC (“TapValet,” “we,” “us”) may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material changes.

The TapValet Service

TapValet provides cloud software for valet and self-serve parking operations, including staff dashboards, customer ticket and session links, payment processing integration, and reporting. The service is provided on a subscription basis with platform fees on completed card transactions as described on Pricing. TapValet does not control physical gates, barrier arms, or on-site enforcement — operators remain responsible for local operations and compliance.

Operator Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for accurate business information, safeguarding staff credentials, and activity under your tenant account. You must use TapValet only for lawful parking and valet operations, comply with card-network and payment-processor rules, and complete business verification before processing live payments. You may not misuse the platform for fraud, unauthorized data access, or interference with other tenants. Staff roles and permissions are your responsibility to assign appropriately.

Fees, Billing & Taxes

Monthly subscription fees and platform fee percentages depend on your selected plan (Starter or Professional) and are charged as described at signup and in Tenant Settings. Platform fees are deducted from payment settlements — you do not pay them separately out of pocket. You are responsible for applicable taxes on your parking fees charged to customers. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension after notice.

Data, Privacy & Confidentiality

Your tenant data is logically isolated from other operators. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy & Cookies notice. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of customer and staff data at your venues. TapValet may process operational data to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Termination, Warranties & Liability

Either party may terminate per account settings and applicable law. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data retained or archived per our retention policy. The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nexus Intellect, LLC’s liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
